Refund policy, Terms and conditions 

All patients are responsible for conducting self research about our terms and conditions before booking with us.

All deposits, and full payments for surgeries and procedures of all kinds are  strictly  non-refundable.

Once a deposit has been paid it must be used within 1 year or we reserve the rights to change the price of your package in accordance with economic inflation.

Deposits are only valid for one year, if the patient has not attended within one calender year the deposit will be void.

By making any sort of payment to our firm, you (the patient and payee) agree and accept the personal responsibility of reading, understanding and accepting our payment terms on our website, and should you not understand, payment should not be made unless fully understood and accepted by you.

All of our terms and conditions are fully in accordance with the Law in Turkey where all of our treatments are provided.

Aggression towards staff

The purpose of this policy is to set out the arrangements for managing the risks associated with the reduction, prevention, and management of work-related violence and aggression, both in clinical and non-clinical settings ensuring that the risk of its reoccurrence is minimised.

1.      Patients must treat all staff with respect, exactly how you will be treated.

2.      Rudeness and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and is strictly prohibited

3.      Intolerable behaviour will result in ultimate dismissal from our centre without aftercare.

All patients must sign and accept the risk form before any surgery is conducted

If you have paid a deposit for a combination surgery and cancel one of the surgeries on the list we cannot change the price and apply a discount.
